Orthodontist: Dr. Adelina Das

 

Dr. Das approaches being an orthodontist the same way she approaches everything in life—with passion and determination, all while remembering to have some fun along the way!

 

Dr. Das is in her fifteenth year exclusively practicing orthodontics, and has successfully treated thousands of children, teens, and adults with braces, and strives to stay on the cutting edge of the latest orthodontic advancements.  In order to provide the best possible care to her patients, Dr. Das regularly attends continuing education courses and is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Connecticut State Dental Association, the Hartford Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists, and the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists.

 

Dr. Das graduated from the Honors Program of Boston College where she earned her undergraduate degree.  She went on to attend the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in Farmington where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.  In pursuit of excellence, Dr. Das chose to complete her orthodontic training in Seattle at the University of Washington’s prestigious Department of Orthodontics, where she was able to train amongst the very best in her field.

 

Dr. Das has established her roots in Avon with her husband, daughter, and two sons.  When Dr. Das isn’t changing smiles, you’ll find her out on a hiking trail, enjoying time with friends and family, and trying to sneak in some HGTV.
